Last week I was in Mumbai for work, attending a conference that was all about sharing ideas, exploring best practices, and brainstorming projects we might want to dive into over the next year.
It was a blast, not just for the brainstorming sessions but for something way more basic and yet, incredibly impactful—getting to meet folks in person that I've been chatting with over calls and video.
There's something magical about putting a face to a name, right?
It's like, you think you know someone from your calls, but then you hang out in person, and boom, you get the full picture.
You see their gestures, you catch what makes them laugh, what lights up their eyes with passion.
It's a whole different level of connection that you just can't replicate through a screen.
It's one of those things we all know but easily forget, so consider this a gentle reminder.
While I was lounging at the airport, waiting for my flight back home, I managed to sneak in some time for emails and a bit of reading.
And, oh boy, did I find a gem for you!
It's a quick read but packs a punch.
The gist?
It's all about embracing 'Quality over quantity'—but with a twist.
When it comes to what we feed our minds and bodies, yes, quality should be your north star.
But when we're talking about getting better at something, throwing yourself into it—quantity matters. Don't sit around waiting to be perfect at something to get started. Just dive in. More practice, more creation.
But, when you're choosing what to consume or who to spend your time with, that's where you want to be picky.
It's a simple shift in perspective but trust me, it's a game changer.
