I hope you're doing well! So, how's that workout resolution going for you? Have you been killing it or did you, like me, have a few off days?
No worries either way, we all need a break sometimes.
So, I wanted to share something with you that I came across recently. Have you ever thought about training your neck? I know, I know it sounds silly but hear me out. I was reading Dan Go's newsletter and he said that 99% of people don't train their necks, and it got me thinking.
We spend so much time looking at our phones and computers and our heads are always in a forward posture, which can lead to tightness and weakness.
But did you know that by strengthening our neck muscles, we can improve our breathing, posture, balance, coordination, prevent injuries and even reduce neck and back pain?
Crazy, right?
So, I found this guy Luka Hocevar on Instagram who has a bunch of neck training exercises that are super easy to follow. I thought you might want to check them out, and give your workout routine an added boost.
