What Quiet Quitting Looks Like in Relationships
Have you ever been in a relationship, or even just a friendship, where you felt like something was missing?
You know what's a bummer?
When you're in a relationship that's not working, but you're holding on because you don't want to be alone.
Or when you're with someone who is toxic, but you can't bring yourself to leave because they make you feel so good about yourself.
Or when the person you love doesn't love you back, and it's just easier to stay than deal with the pain of letting go.
Well, it turns out that we can compartmentalize this way in our personal lives, too—and it might not be good for our emotional well-being. Either bring your whole self to a relationship or be brave enough to truly let go.
So in this edition, we'll talk about what it means when you quit on a relationship.
